Two options: Mondays 11 am – 12:30 pm, or Mondays 5:30 – 7:00 pm, Beginning August 19

It is possible to live life free of suffering by learning how to cultivate inner joy and peace. To do so requires learning a paradigm shift in how you perceive the world.

In this group you will learn to:

  • Become the inner observer
  • Stop fear-based thoughts
  • Relax into wholeness
  • Release blocked emotions
  • Distinguish fearful fantasies from intuitive knowing
  • Cultivate inner peace, joy, and happiness
  • Live contentedly

This group will be an exploration of Michael Singer’s living untethered. We will contemplate one chapter a week and use Michael Singer’s journal the untethered soul guided journal. Group will consist further discussion of the chapter and mindfulness activities. The group dynamics will foster camaraderie, support, and encouragement. The group is designed to decrease limiting beliefs and emotional reactions while promoting states of inner contentment and peace.
